By accessing and purchasing from getchillmist.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store. We sell Portable Mist Fan devices for personal use only.

2. Products
We try to display products as accurately as possible. Colors may slightly vary. We reserve the right to limit quantity or discontinue any product.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successful. We use secure third-party payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store card details.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including fraud, stock error, or shipping restrictions. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping
We offer FREE shipping to the USA.
Processing time: 1-2 business days.
Delivery time: 3-11 business days.
We work with CJDropshipping. To ensure fast delivery, orders are fulfilled from our USA warehouse when in stock, otherwise from our international fulfillment center in China. No extra customs fees for USA customers. Tracking number is sent via email.

6. Returns and Refunds
We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To be eligible, item must be unused and in original packaging. Contact suportchillmist@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is paid by customer unless item is defective or wrong.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, images, text - CHILLMIST) is our property. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect damages or misuse of the product. Do not spray directly into eyes.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the US.
