We offer FREE shipping to all orders in the USA.

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Delivery Time: 3-11 business days after processing
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email at suportchillmist@gmail.com once your order ships.

Where we ship from:
To provide the fastest delivery, we work with our fulfillment partner CJDropshipping. Our inventory is stored in multiple warehouses. Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from our USA warehouse or from our international fulfillment center in China. The shipping time (3-11 days) and free shipping remain the same regardless of origin.

No extra customs fees for USA customers - we cover it.
